2. Website and service purpose
Vapai helps adults discover and connect with people around experiences. The website describes the product, enables early-access requests and provides privacy, terms, safety, support and account-deletion pages.
At this stage there is no launch commercial partner and checkout, bookings and payments are not active. Any future commercial offer must identify the provider, terms and price before purchase.
When accessing the site, you must respect law, good faith and these documents. You may not disrupt operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or reuse content for illegal purposes.
3. Intellectual property and content
Vapai's brand, names, design, code, text, images and other original materials belong to Raftell SAS or are used with permission. Publication does not grant a general licence to copy, change or exploit them.
Users retain rights in their content and grant only the limited licence described in the Terms and Conditions. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@vapai.me with enough information to locate and assess it.
4. Availability, links and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it may experience errors, maintenance or interruptions. We may update, suspend or remove features where needed. External links are references; their operators control their content and practices.
Vapai does not guarantee claims, conduct or outcomes involving users or third parties. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Optional website analytics is activated only according to the applicable choice. You can review or withdraw your preferences by emailing support@vapai.me.
6. Governing law and contact
Uruguayan law is proposed, without limiting applicable mandatory rules and consumer rights. Consumers may use courts available under the law of their residence; competent Uruguayan courts are proposed for non-consumer use.
Governing law, jurisdiction and any mandatory dispute-resolution mechanism must be validated before launch.
