Privacy Choices
Control your data and consent.
Use these channels to access, correct, download or delete data and withdraw optional consent.
1. In-app choices
- Edit profile and interests.
- Change or delete location and revoke device permission.
- Withdraw sensitive-preference consent; matching and Discovery are disabled and the selections are deleted.
- Enable or disable optional communications and analytics.
- Download data and delete the account.
2. Privacy requests
Email privacy@vapai.me with the right you wish to exercise, your account email and minimum information needed to locate it. Do not send passwords, SMS codes or identity documents unless later justified. We accept access, copy/portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and consent-withdrawal requests.
3. Verification and response
We verify proportionately, preferably through the session or associated email. We acknowledge receipt, record a case and respond within the applicable legal period; in the EU, normally one month. If we do not act, we explain why and identify complaint options.
4. Sale, sharing and profiling
Vapai does not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or use profiling for decisions with legal effects. There is therefore no “Do Not Sell or Share” control to disable a practice that does not occur; requests sent to privacy@vapai.me will still be addressed, and any future change would require updating this page.
5. Authorities
EU/Spain: AEPD. Uruguay: URCDP. United States: the relevant state authority where an applicable law provides and the FTC for matters in its jurisdiction.
